Our Playschool year starts on the first working day of August each year. We are open from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4.15pm daily. All Day children can attend the Playschool for the full day. Morning children attend sessions from 9am to 1pm and Afternoon children from 12pm until 4pm. Currently we have 15 children attending our Playschool.

All Day children recieve a nutritious lunch and an afternoon snack. Morning children recieve lunch and Afternoon children recieve a snack during their Playschool day. Every day we have high quality food bought to the Playschool from a catering company in Rovaniemi.

Children must be the age of 3 before entering our Playschool and it is necessary at this time that they be fully toilet trained. We accept children from Finnish and English speaking famililies from the ages of 3 to 6 years. It is not necessary for the children to be English speaking, just ready and happy to learn!!

At Rovaniemi English Playschool we have a full time English speaking teacher and a full time bi-lingual speaking Nursery Nurse ready to be of assistance to you. So, why not send us an email if you would like to find out more about our Playschool.

The cost of sending your child to Rovaniemi English Playschool for fulldays for a month is 2600FIM. If your child is attending only half day sessions the cost will be 1300FIM.(As we are a private playschool, Kela provides partial payment assistance-please contact Kela for more details).
